USING YOUR VOUCHER IS EASY

Simply browse through our product range on our online product catalogue and add your desired products to your shopping cart. When you are ready to finalise your purchase, click the “Checkout” button and follow the prompts to sign in or register. Once signed in, type out or copy and paste your unique voucher code, in the Gift Certificate field under your total order amount. The voucher amount will automatically be subtracted from your total order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Voucher is only valid for purchases made at www.sptools.com within 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the Voucher. The Voucher will expire at midnight on the expiry date stated on the mid right side of the Voucher and cannot be extended.
• When making a purchase of a higher value than the gift voucher, the full value of the voucher must be used and the outstanding balance paid by credit/debit card.
• If there is any credit remaining after redemption of the Voucher, it can be used towards future purchases at sptools.com until the credit balance reaches zero. Any balance that remains on the Voucher after the expiry date is not available for use.
• You are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the SP Tools website.
• Applicable Law: These Terms of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of the Voucher is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
